It operates through six segments: Consulting Services; Securities Underwriting and Brokerage; General Insurance; Life Insurance; Investment Management; and Banking. The company offers corporate finance services; advisory management services comprising pre-IPO restructuring, and merger and acquisition advisory services; and fund arranger. It also provides securities trading and underwriting, general and life insurance, asset management, and conventional and sharia banking services. The company was formerly known as PT Victoria Sekuritas and changed its name to PT Victoria Investama Tbk in 2012. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
