morningstar fair values this stock at .96 cents so it is still undervalued and was up to $1.42 earlier this year.  . . . I had FSD and got out with all the fracus but know Auxly has been at this game a lot longer and know the business.                                                                                                                           Your thoughts?
I have been holding Auxly for sometime and wonder why the sudden uptick?   Rumours come out before news... Any viable rumours such as first quarter reports?   Sometimes people know ahead of time what the gains are so....

This is by far the best MJ Sector Stock.Well AUXLY really is not a MJ stock. It is registered as a financial institution. It funds LP's if they fail and AUXLY feels they are of value then AIXLY will taken over and buy it. Just like it has in the past.
I'm long on auxly been holding long and have averaged down substantially. I went in knowing they'd need a couple of years but I love their game plan. The FSD mess was painful but I believe will be growing pains in hindsight.

Why is Auxly bottoming out?
It's a mix of alot of things but mainly the separation of fsd and auxly left a void in auxly plans. Although the break was necessary it still leaves a massive chunk of product behind. Investors dont like that specially with every other cannabis company growth in at an astronomical rate. Auxlys next move will be their biggest yet. They need a mass producer to replace fsd or they will never amount to anything other then a penny stock. the amount of outstanding shares is just too much to keep auxlys head above water.
Uh oh could be a rough and tough day tmro. I hope not bit it's looking that way.

Thanks for the reply, I am cautions too, I’ve pulled 40% overall from CAN/US markets, so I have cash available for a potential downturn. I’m looking for long term on this one. Yes, a 50c buy in would be nice. You’re realistic opinion is appreciated on all forums
I did pick up 6k shares at 76c today
.76 cents was a good buy. Auxly has lots of potential as long as you can stomach the downturn. 2020 will be a big year for auxly. We will get the see some permanent gains over 2 dollars I believe. Few years I think auxly will be worth quite a bit if they can manage their outstanding shares, control assets and keep cash flow in the green.

If it hits 3 dollars it's still very cheap for them to buy their shares back to help the price. I'm not saying this stock is the best cannabis stock to buy there are far superior companies too this 1 but I mean for the price and what it's actually gunna be worth if they stick to their plan it's the easiest double or triple you're money investment their is in cannabis right now. Notice when the sky is falling on the market auxly barely moves? That's a foundation. Sometimes the entire market is red and auxly still goes up. People know what's coming. Just takes time.
Getting back to you're dilution though yes I agree they need to fuck off with buying with shares. Aurora should be worth 15 dollars right now but because of dilution they are at 7. We have half of auroras dilution and we are 1/4 their size which is not good. However we litterally had no money to buy so we had to do share buys. Now they are all set up and will start having earnings around 3Q and profiting in 2020. Once this company starts profiting and the market fixed its self we are smooth sailing.

I think that new acquisition might have dropped the price end of day. Not good if we take on more outstanding shares with this I'm selling and setting my buy for .50. We will sink.

The only thing I dont like about this stock is the mass of outstanding shares. That's what killed Aurora. If they are not careful and dont srart spending cash for acquisitions this stock could be in big trouble.
