The company engages in the mining of lithium, cesium, and rubidium; development of hard rock lithium mines; processing of lithium concentrates; acquisition and exploration of mineral rights; and provision of mining property development and geological exploration technical services. It also provides lithium compounds comprising battery-grade lithium hydroxide, carbonate, and fluoride; cesium salt products consisting of cesium sulfate, carbonate, hydroxide, iodide, fluoroaluminate, fluoride, and bromide products; and rubidium salt products, such as rubidium carbonate and nitrate products. In addition, the company is involved in import and export trade; research and development of exploration technology; technical advisory and exchange; information consulting; international freight forwarding; land and air transport; warehousing; property; trading of petalites; rock and mineral identification, analysis, and testing; radioactive detection; geotechnical and environmental testing; copper mine, chromite, and rare earth mine project development; mining rights investment; management; smelting; asset management; cesium formate sales and services; construction engineering; technology transfer and promotion; new material technology research, development, and promotion; power generation; and digitalization and smart manufacturing activities. The company was formerly known as Sinomine Resource Exploration Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Sinomine Resource Group Co., Ltd. in August 2018. Sinomine Resource Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
