It offers consumer banking services, such as internet, mobile, SMS, phone, ATM, and ITM banking; bancassurance and cards services; and housing, personal, and auto loans. In addition, the company offers wealth management, private banking, financial planning, loans, real estate mortgages, trust services, investment advisory and management, treasury and foreign exchange, and trade finance services. Further, it provides investment and risk management products consisting of spot foreign exchange (FX), forward FX, deposits in local and foreign currencies, FX swaps, securities, options, interest rate swaps, and structured products.
