The Bottom Line While the market has been distracted by the GPU arms race, Intel has been busy turning its "legacy" dominance into a modern AI moat. For the investor who looks at the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just raw hardware buzz, Intel’s strategy of making the CPU the "brain" of the AI stack looks like a significant long-term value play.
